Off to read the school admissions one – it’s one of my bugbears and we shouldn’t even be impacted by it.
Thank you Emma.
School admissions is something I’ve been talking about today as we met up with friends who are applying for places for their second child at the moment; both schools have sibling rules but one of the families is out of catchment. I’ve also got a local friend who is applying for her 2nd and will be out of catchment because she didn’t get into the catchment school with her first child (and wants them to be together).
It is a very complex issue, that I hope we won’t be impacted by next year, as we’re in catchment and have a sibling. Good luck with your application.
