Meet Kate
I’ve written a journal for over 30 years. I started when I was at school and I’m still going to the point when my children are now at school. During that time I’ve written off and on, so I’ve learnt about building a journal writing practice that works for me. And returning after not writing for longer periods (I think the longest was a year).
I want to encourage others to try journaling, so they can experience the benefits I’ve gained from it. And to teach people that there is no right or wrong way to journal. There is only the way that works for you.
