Although I only wrote posts for the first 8 months of 2008 I still thought I would benefit from undertaking a review of what I achieved, particularly in comparison to 2007. I wrote 61, averaging about 5 a month, this is almost half the posts of 2007. I’ve had over 19,000 visits (15,900 unique) and over 38,800 page views, all of which are double or almost double 2007).
Outside of my blog, my weight started at 67.2kg, increased to 91.8kg on the day I gave birth and was down to 78.4kg at the end of the year (about the weight I was at 5 month pregnant).

How fun for me… I am a fan! I hope you are doing well with the new little one!!! Why do you suppose Facebook is so addictive? This is a great recap, thanks for sharing!
Nothing about Twitter stats though I see 😛
By the way, your “most money from adsense” links won’t be making you much money now – they’re all broken.
Megan,
Things are going well with Beth, although she’s going through a series of vaccinations at the moment so isn’t feeling very well. I’m finding Facebook very addictive at the moment to keep in touch with friends, family and work colleagues; although I was surprised it was top of the list.
Hello Gary,
I didn’t spend too much time on Twitter last year, it didn’t even make it in to the top ten sites.
Thanks for the note about my links, I guess that is what happens when you change the format of your links. I’ve corrected them now.
nice post, its always fun to see where you spend your time, and what you are really focusing on. I always like to see stats on things, as long as they seem fair, and theres no reason i would think yours to be fishy. How’d you spend so much time on the google reader website though?
Hello Jason,
I have to admit my stats are not perfect as some of them rely on plugins and they don’t always work, however I don’t get any benefits from changing the figures. I use googlereader as my feed reader and looking at the time spent, I subscribe to more feeds than I should.
